Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
Writedown ("we") is an early-stage product concept. We are validating whether businesses need it before building it. This policy explains what we collect on writedown.evolution38.tech and why.
What we collect
- Information you submit in our form: name, work email, company, role and your message.
- Basic technical data needed to run the site (for example IP address and browser type in server logs). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
- Privacy-friendly visit counting: our own server records, for each page view, the page path, the referring website, any UTM campaign tags, your country (only if your network provides it), a device class (mobile, tablet or desktop) and a one-way visitor code. That code is a hash that changes every day, so it cannot be linked across days or back to your IP address, and your IP address is not stored in this log. We also count when a request form is submitted. No cookies, no scripts and no third-party services are involved, and the data is used only to understand which pages work and is kept for up to 12 months.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request (discovery call or concept walkthrough) and follow up about Writedown.
- To understand demand for the concept in aggregate.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger. Your information is stored on our own server and is not shared with anyone else unless required by law.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after our last contact, or less if you ask us to delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Email geo@corpden.com and we will act within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law; contact us to exercise them.
Children
This site is for business users and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
